Properties: White powder (granules); density 1.41; soluble in 1% sodium hydroxide, carbon disulfide, benzene, chloroform; slightly soluble in alcohol; insoluble in gasoline.
Usage: This product is used as an ultra-accelerator for natural rubber and various synthetic rubbers, representing the typical zinc dithiocarbamate accelerator. It is also a universal accelerator for latex. It serves as an excellent activator for thiazole and sulfenamide accelerators. Additionally, it is used as a water-insoluble accelerator for latex, with minimal impact on latex stability. This product is non-staining, non-discoloring, odorless, tasteless, and non-toxic, making it suitable for white and brightly colored products, as well as transparent items. It is primarily used in the manufacture of medical products, adhesive tapes, and self-vulcanizing products. The dosage in dry latex compounds is 0.5-1 part.
Packaging: 25kg plastic woven bags, paper-plastic composite bags, kraft paper bags.
Storage: Should be stored in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place. Packaged products should be protected from direct sunlight. Shelf life is 2 years.
